A lens has been placed over New Hampshire magnifying the critical need to develop and retain a qualified workforce. For the Lakes Region, that need is felt across many industries. As a connecting point for early and mid-career professionals, Fusion seeks to expand both its active planning committee and Fusion member base in 2017.
Kara LaSalle and Corey Hoyt, Fusion president and vice president, invite prospective committee members and recruiters to an informational session on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at 5:30 p.m. at River’s Edge in Laconia. Attendees will learn about the mission of Fusion, our interactions statewide, how members can be involved and our engagement in the Lakes Region community. Human resources professionals, hiring managers and business owners seeking to attract, develop and retain their workforce through community engagement are encouraged to attend.
Fusion serves as a connecting point in the Lakes Region and aims to be a valuable resource to area recruiters and young professionals that strive to grow their career in central New Hampshire. We offer an opportunity for early to mid-career professionals to become involved with an active non-profit in the Lakes Region. Committee members help to shape the future of Fusion and its activity as it thrives on events and creating opportunities to build meaningful connections. Many active members go own to hold non-profit board positions with prominent area organizations as a result of the skills they build and hone with Fusion.
